At daVinci Baby, we want you to love every piece your little one wears; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items. Please ensure all original tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags are intact, and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
